What country better embodies a love of great food than France? It’s hard to say—especially considering that 3 Brasseurs has its roots in Lille, in the far north of France. For over a century, we’ve paired craft beers with regional French and Quebec cuisine, blending simplicity, generosity, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Come and experience it for yourself!
A story brewed with passion for over a century
Today, both a microbrewery and a restaurant serving craft beers and authentic cuisine, 3 Brasseurs is above all a pioneer. Three partners, including descendants of the original founders, took up the torch to push the concept even further. This century-old story began as a partnership driven by passion and success, but it was in 1985 that the first neighborhood microbrewery opened—well ahead of its time.
With a warm atmosphere from noon to midnight, generous portions, comforting flavors, and a true sense of conviviality, 3 Brasseurs has evolved with the times while staying true to its roots. The gourmet touch? It’s our way of showcasing our expertise and passion in every dish and every beer.
A microbrewery that remains one of a kind
We’ve always brewed the beers we serve right here on-site, in our own brewery. This proximity allows us to constantly innovate—creating new recipes, refining them, and inviting you to taste them. It’s a dynamic approach that keeps our selection fresh and exciting.
Our brewery also offers a unique, interactive experience: the chance to create and brew your own beer. Whether with friends, family, as a gift, or even as a group activity, you can gather up to four people and let your creativity flow.
Did you know? We also brew non-alcoholic beers for lighter options, as well as limited-edition creations like the Irish Red Ale “Patrick,” brewed with maple syrup, or “La Marcel,” bottle-fermented and flavored with Picon.
