Group Reservation and
Cancellation Policy
To help us prepare for your event and ensure you have an enjoyable experience, certain conditions apply to group reservations.
1. Group Reservations of 20 People or More
Any reservation for 20 people or more is considered a group reservation.
For groups, a group menu is mandatory. Allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of confirmation so that we can adapt the menu when necessary.
We will do our best to seat groups in the same section of the brewery. However, we do not have a single table that can accommodate more than 10 people. As a result, a group may be seated at several tables located close to one another.
A valid credit card is required to confirm any group reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking.
The requested date and time will be held for 48 hours. If the required information is not provided within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
For groups of more than 50 people, a security deposit of $10 per person is required at least 7 days before the event.
For groups of more than 50 people, the group organizer must also provide, at least 7 days before the event, the participants’ meal selections and the required quantity of each dish for each course.
A 15% gratuity is automatically added to the bill for group reservations. This percentage may be increased at the client’s discretion.
2. Cancellation of Group Reservations of More Than 20 People
Cancellation terms vary depending on the size of the group:
- 20 to 50 people: cancellation without charge up to 48 hours before the event.
- More than 50 people: cancellation without charge up to 7 days before the event.
Any cancellation made after these deadlines will be subject to fees in accordance with the terms outlined below.
To help us properly prepare for your event, the final number of guests must be confirmed within the following deadlines:
- 20 to 50 people: the final number of guests must be provided no later than 48 hours before the event.
- More than 50 people: the final number of guests must be provided no later than 7 days before the event.
For any cancellation made after the deadline specified in the cancellation policy, a fee of $10 per person may be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee at the time of booking.
The same $10 per person fee will apply to any guest included in the final confirmed guest count who does not attend the event.
5. Time Allocated for the Reservation
The reservation duration is generally 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the size of the group.
In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice, we will do our best to accommodate your group under the best possible conditions. However, we cannot guarantee that the space originally reserved for your group will still be immediately available.
6. General Restrictions

Outside alcoholic beverages and other beverages are not permitted.

Disruptive, abusive, or excessively loud behaviour will not be tolerated.

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, we reserve the right to intervene when behaviour negatively affects the proper conduct of the event.
