Our laboratory is equipped to handle up to 4,000 analyses per year. Our advanced automated technologies in physico-chemical testing (including alcolyzer and spectrophotometer) allow us to efficiently meet the most common beer analysis standards. We also use traditional methods referenced by the European Brewery Convention to detect beer contaminants.
